Cancellation & Refund Policy
Full Refund
If cancelled 48+ hours before the appointment (down to 24 hours)
50% Refund
If cancelled 24+ hours before the appointment (down to 6 hours)
No Cancellation
Bookings cannot be cancelled within 6 hours of the scheduled appointment. No exceptions.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account. Partial refunds are calculated on the total amount paid at the time of booking.
Booking Terms
Bookings can be made up to 9 days in advance and require a minimum of 24 hours notice before the scheduled time.
All sessions are conducted via Google Meet. A meeting link will be included in your confirmation email and calendar invite once payment is complete.
Please ensure you join the session on time. Sessions that begin late due to the client will not be extended beyond the original end time.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost, subject to advisor availability.
Rescheduling requests made after this window will be treated as a cancellation and are subject to the refund policy above.
Payment & Security
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets.
Payment must be completed within 30 minutes of initiating a booking. Unpaid bookings are automatically released to free up the time slot for other clients.
Single Key Advisory does not store your payment card details. All sensitive payment information is handled entirely by Razorpay’s PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
Privacy & Confidentiality
All information shared during consultations is treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
We collect only the information necessary to facilitate your booking — name, email, phone number, and company details. This data is used solely for booking management and communication purposes.
Session recordings are not made unless explicitly agreed upon by both parties beforehand.
